South Tampa Neighborhoods

 

Ballast Point:

Ballast Point is a community located on the east side of
the peninsula dividing Tampa and Hillsborough Bay. Ballast Point has an
interesting history – 100 years ago, Ballast point was a weekend getaway for
Tampa’s wealthy residents. Today, Ballast Point is a community experiencing a
