South Tampa Neighborhoods

South Tampa is located on a beautiful peninsula at the heart of the Bay Area, just south of downtown Tampa. Bordering Hyde Park and the MacDill Air Force Base, South Tampa is home to a large well-established residential community, as well as thriving commercial districts. Ballast Point:

Ballast Point is a community located on the east side of
the peninsula dividing Tampa and Hillsborough Bay. Ballast Point has an
